  Pure Gym Sprints into Chetham Court

Winwick Quay Business Park has yet again bucked the trend and has secured a new landmark letting to PURE GYM. The 24 hour Gym operator has taken 19,000sqft at Chetham Court, Winwick Quay Business Park.

Pure Gym will occupy nearly 19,000 SqFt of former manufacturing space in Chetham Court which also houses leisure occupiers LA Bowl and The Jungle. The landlord Winwick Quay LLP successfully gained a change of use consent and the gym has now signed a 15 year lease. The Gym will open in early February once their fit out works have completed. Local people will be employed to run the marketing suite and also the gym once its opened.

Pure Gym

Ian Murray from Riddelltps, the Asset Managers for the Business Park commented. 'This new letting has proven yet again Winwick Quay is the desired location for both local and national companies who need a presence in or around Warrington. The letting to Pure Gym is another piece of our Jig Saw and helps increase the leisure uses on Chetham Court. The external elevations of the building will be improved and Pure Gym will definitely take advantage of the prime location on the A49 along with the pull of the other leisure occupiers and the free car parking. The concept of low monthly fees, no contract, high tech equipment and 24 hour access will be a real benefit to the local residents and workers of Warrington.
